Conferma ordine e spedizione
Riceverai un'email di conferma una volta che l'ordine è stato effettuato con successo.
Per favore, quando effettui un ordine, assicurati che il tuo indirizzo di spedizione sia corretto in quanto non siamo in grado di reindirizzare le merci una volta che sono in viaggio verso di te.
Quando effettui un ordine, assicurati anche di inserire una mail e un numero di telefono corretti, abbiamo bisogno di essere in grado di contattarti se ci sono problemi con la consegna.
Tempi di consegna
Ordiniamo i nostri prodotti dai migliori produttori e rivenditori del mondo, e li ricamiamo e cuciamo a mano in Italia.
Per questo motivo, abbiamo bisogno di 2-8 giorni lavorativi per spedire i pacchi degli ordini regolari.
Problemi di spedizione
se c'è qualche problema di spedizione dovuto a nostra colpa, rispediremo l'ordine una volta restituito,
Se ci sono problemi di spedizione perché hai inserito dati/indirizzo errati o non sei stato a casa molte volte, dovrai pagare nuovamente la spedizione per avere la rispedizione o, se non vuoi la rispedizione, lo faremo effettuare il rimborso dell'ordine, escluse le spese di spedizione.
Politica di ritorno
I resi sugli articoli idonei sono accettati entro 14 giorni dalla data dell'ordine. Gli articoli devono essere restituiti nella loro confezione originale. Per restituire un articolo, contattaci su info@ultraswear.it
Ricevere un rimborso
Verrà emesso un rimborso una volta ricevuti gli articoli restituiti. Tutti gli articoli danneggiati quando li riceviamo non possono essere rimborsati. I rimborsi non includono le spese di spedizione o gestione, tranne nel caso di articoli difettosi o danneggiati. Il rimborso verrà accreditato sulla forma di pagamento originale utilizzata per la transazione originale.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Please, when you place an order, make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
When you make an order, make sure also to put a correct mail and telephone number, we need toi be able to contact you if there are problems with the delivery.
Delivery Time
We order our products from the best productors and retailers in the world, and we embroider and sew them by hand in Italy.
For this reason, we need 2-8 working days to ship out the regular orders packages.
If you order on a drop/pre-order/restock day, usually we need 6-12 days to ship out the package, because we start our production after the end of the drop day.
Shipping Problems
if there is any shipping problem due to our fault, we will resend the order once it is returned,
If there are shipping problems because you put wrong data/address or you were not at home many times, you will have to pay the shipping again to have the re-shipment or, if you don’t want the re-shipment, we will make a refund of the order, excluding the shipping costs.
Return Policy
Returns on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of order date. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact us on info@ultraswear.it
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
